Nevada leads data and growth projects for Elio's clients, with vast experience across D2C and consumer businesses.

He worked at DAZN on performance marketing and go-to-market strategy and operations, running analytics across a large multi-country paid media footprint. In his agency years he worked on data and growth for The Independent — building content attribution and dashboarding to show exactly which content drove subscriptions — as well as Monocle, NEC Birmingham and FITR, where the work spanned performance marketing analytics, dashboarding and improving both the cost and the quality of acquired customers.

Through Elio he now leads data and growth engagements end to end — building the data stack, then using it to recover costs, improve retention and lift conversion. He founded Elio to bring that same in-house capability to consumer brands that need it but aren’t ready to hire for it.

He spent his early career at EY-Parthenon, and brings four years of data engineering experience with deep expertise in analytics and BigQuery. He designs and builds the pipelines and warehouses that turn a tangle of disconnected tools into a single, trustworthy source of truth — the thing that has to exist before any dashboard or insight can be believed.
