The Padel Loft
Full brand and website build
The Brief
The Padel Loft approached us to work on two key areas.
First, a modernised lift to the brand. A new logo, colour palette, and overall feel that reflected where the company was heading.
Second, a refreshed website to bring the latest company ethos, team, and news to life, with integrated shop and booking platforms built in.

How We Approached It
We started by getting close to the business. Our internal design team ran a discovery workshop, competitor and category audit, mood-board sessions, and multiple rounds of concept exploration to make sure every decision was grounded in what The Padel Loft is actually building.
Regular working sessions with the founding team helped us pressure-test the direction across three areas:
- ※Who the key customers are: students, university partners, and local communities, each with different needs and different reasons to engage.
- ※What the company's mission is: not just "padel courts on campus", but creating accessible, social spaces that change how universities offer sport.
- ※Brand personality, competitive positioning, and long-term growth ambitions: making sure the brand could stretch as the company grows nationwide.

The Logo
The logo brief was specific and genuinely interesting to solve for.
It needed to feel at home alongside university logos, sitting comfortably on campus signage and partnership materials without clashing. It had to be immediately, visually padel. Recognisable as the sport at a glance. And it had to work hard on merchandise, where simplicity and balance matter.
Above all, it needed to be gender-neutral and formless. The Padel Loft's mission is to open padel up to everyone, and the logo had to embody that from the first impression.

The Website
The new site brings the brand to life across every page, with a focus on storytelling, clarity, and conversion.
We're particularly proud of the overall design, the way the visual identity flows through the site, the balance between editorial feel and functional booking journey, and the considered pacing across pages like About, Partnerships, and the individual club locations.
Behind the scenes, we integrated the Macron club shop and the booking platform so students and locals can move from discovering The Padel Loft to booking a court in just a few clicks.

The Results
The response has been genuinely brilliant.
Feedback from the wider team has been overwhelmingly positive, and the audience response since launch has reflected that.
The Padel Loft has also been featured on the BBC in a piece covering the new padel centre being built on Aston University's Birmingham campus.

This is the start of something much bigger, and we're proud to have helped shape part of the foundation it's being built on.
